Linda O'Briant
is beginning her 23rd year as a Wardrobe Consultant with Tanner
Designs. Always one of the top sellers in the nation, Linda
works by appointment at her home-based studio and absolutely
loves
what she does!
"This business
is sometimes as simple as just showing up in the most beautiful
clothes! Woody Allen says 'Half of success in life is just showing
up!' I believe it."
"What is not
to love about the business? I love the company, adore the product
and work with women that I truly admire and LIKE! I make my ladies
feel what I feel about this whole experience. They know when they
wear Doncaster, they are wrapped in the total feeling of lovingly
designed, made and sold clothes! That's the way it works for me.
I sell that feeling first, it becomes contagious and they want to
get it!"
Married for 40 years
with two children; daughter Christian is married and with three
children and son Thomas is living in Charleston, a sales representative
for Lees Distributing. Her
husband Mike,
is Golf
Director at Colonial Country club.
"My grandmother
was a dress maker in New York City, worked for Hattie Carnegie and
Madeline An-Gel and worked on a gown for Adele Astair, Fred's sister.
My love of beautiful clothes began with the wonderful dresses she
bought for me and my sisters from Best and Company on Fifth Avenue
in New York...thus began my love affair for beautiful, special things.
It is in the genes!" |
